How It Works
Sending your clothing to someone is personal. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.
- Reach out / place your order.
Email Jenifer or use the Contact page to tell us what you’d like to create (bear, blanket, pillow, or a mix). We’ll confirm pricing, timing, and any rush options. - Receive mailing instructions.
You’ll receive our studio mailing address and a quick guide on how many garments to send and how to pack them. - Mail your fabrics.
Wash items if needed, remove them from hangers, pack in a padded envelope or box, and ship with tracking to the address provided. - We confirm when your package arrives.
Jenifer will email you to confirm your garments arrived safely and give you an estimated completion date. - Jenifer designs & stitches your keepsake.
Fabrics are laid out, cut, and sewn by hand. For many projects (with permission), she shares progress in photos or on live video. - Quality check & packaging.
Seams and details are checked, then your keepsake is wrapped in tissue, with a care card and thank-you note included. - We ship it back to you.
You’ll receive tracking and can finally hold your finished Memory Bear, Blanket, or Pillow.

If you’re unsure how much to send, it’s okay to include extra. We can return significant leftovers upon request.
